Basis prices for private accommodation, per night per person, breakfast included (final prices and conditions are to be fixed for each Reservation Agreement individually):
Bedroom in an apartment with a host, who serves breakfasts:
from 45 by double/twin sharing
from 50 by single occupation
Apartment (2, 3 or 4 rooms) without host (food for breakfasts in the fridge):
from 50 by double/twin sharing
from 55 by single occupation
1 room apartment/studio (bed-sitter with a kitchen and bathroom, food for breakfasts in the fridge):
from 90 by single occupation
An extra bed in any room costs 75-100% of the basis price, depending on the quality.
Breakfasts – traditional, continental, vegetarian or as per guests’ order (optional).
The above prices also cover change of towels (daily), cleaning (every 2nd day), and change of bedding (every 4th day).
Rates for accommodation in central districts, close to the fair grounds as well as short-term accommodation (1-3 nights) can be EUR10 higher than the basis ones.
Agency fee can be charged extra for each address in Reservation Agreement.
TRANSFER
Single trip for a group of up to 3 persons:

Pick up for a group of 4-8 persons is FREE
Rented car/minibus with a driver: EUR20/hour + 15 cents/km

General Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Agreement guarantees accommodation for guests and guarantees implicit payment to German Apartments. When making a reservation of the property chosen, the guests accept the Agreement in the whole. In case of force majeure, the guests should be provided with an equivalent accommodation.
2.Cancellation through the Guest
a) For the cancellation, following cancellation costs are put bottom:
- up to 7 days before arrival start of 80% the calculation
- 8-14 days before arrival start of 50% the calculation
b) The cancellation must be explained in writing at least a week before the planned check-in. Decisive for the cancellation point the entrance of the explanation is here.
3. House Regulations
The Guests must observe the rules of so called “Hausordnung”, e.g.: no loud sounds/noises made or litter dropped in the house and in front of it.
4. Damaging
In case of any kind of damaging/loss of the rented property made by guests the guests and their Company (in case of business trip) are liable for all costs, which incurred in this regard (immediate indemnity in cash)
5. Reservation Agreement comes in force after receipt by German Apartments the Agreement accepted by the guests’ Company head/executive or by the guest if private.
6.Terms of payment
a) Payment for accommodation is to be effected by the guests to German Apartments representative/agent simultaneously with payment for the transfer (if any) on arrival day against receipt and accommodation.
b) Should not the guests order transfer/pick up, the payment is to be effected in the office of German Apartments against receipt and accommodation on the day of arrival or on the next one (in case of arrival at night).
c) Payment is to be effected in the whole sum in euros in cash (no haggle; credit cards or cheques will not be accepted).
d) Prepayment and advance payment by bank transfer is possible. Bank charges and fees at Payer’s account.
7. In case of breach of payment terms by the guests, their Company undertakes to unconditionally reimburse corresponding amount and/or cancellation costs as per above GTC.2. by wire bank transfer into account of German Apartments within 1 banking day (bank charges and fees at Payer’s account). Otherwise, the guests lose the right to accommodation and should move out.
